WALK-IN INTERVIEW

The Walk-in interview are arranged for the post of Project Officers (Office) purely on a temporary basis

in a project- District Level Household and Facility Survey-4 (DLHS-4) on 06th May, 2014. The DLHS-4 is sponsored and funded by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. The Details of role & responsibilities and qualification of each posts are given below.

Position Project Officer for Office (Nos. 12)
Role & Responsibilities
  1. Preparation of District & State fact sheet
  2. Preparation of State report
  3. Estimation procedure (weight etc.)
  4. Technical support to data management unit
  5. To assist the team in the implementation of the task assigned
  6. To support in the Arrangement of logistics for state visits/workshops
  7. Any other tasks as identified by team leader
Qualifications Essentials :

  1. M. Phil. in Population studies from recognized University preferably from IIPS
  2. Working knowledge of SPSS/ Strata
  3. One year experience in a reputed institution in data analysis and Report writing
  4. Excellent oral & written communication skills and excellent written English
Age Maximum 35 years
Salary Rs. 30,000/- Per Month (Consolidated)
Place of Work IIPS, Mumbai

Those who wish to appear for the Walk-in interview of Project Officer have to bring all original documents along with testimonial and recent passport size photograph. Interested candidates are requested to attend Walk-in interview on 6th May, 2014 at 10.30 AM at IIPS.

All posts are purely temporary fixed tenure project based positions. Temporary Appointment shall terminate with completion of the Project or the period of appointment, whichever is the earlier. The initial appointment may be for three months extendable on satisfactory discharge of assigned responsibilities. No TA/DA shall be provided for attending the interview.

Delhi Disaster Management Authority Revenue Department Walk – In Interview for Project Officer and Coordinators

Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) intends to hire eligible individuals for the following posts, on contractual basis. Those who have the requisite qualification and experience may appear for the Walk-in-lnterview on 30.11.2011 at 11:00 AM. The candidates Should appear one hour before the commencement of interview along with duly filled in application forms and with all the original documents to support their experience and qualification.

Capacity Development Expert

No.of Posts-1 {One)

Essential Qualification: Post Graduate in Social work/Urban and Regional Planning/Social science/Science/Disaster Management from any recognized university. Good understanding of capacity development issues.

Desired Qualification: Preference will be given to person possessing higher qualification in the same field.

Experience: 6 years of experience in disaster management.

District Project Officers:

No of Posts: 04

Essential Qualification: Master Degree in social work/Disaster Management/Town Planning/Social sc/Science from recognized univeristy.

Desired Qualification: Preference will be given to person possessing higher qualification in the same field.

Experience:3 years of experience in disaster management.

Project Coordinator:

No. of posts-6

Essential Qualification: Graduate in Social work/Urban and Regional Planning/Social science/Science/Disaster Management from any recognized university.

Desired Qualification: Preference will be given to person possessing higher qualification in the same field.

Experience: 2 years of experience in disaster management.

The candidates need to submit the copies (duly attested by a gazetted officer) of the documents at the Office of Delhi Disaster Management Authority, 5, Shamnath Marg, Delhi-54 at the time of interview.
