Experience in Engineering Management of projects in 01 & Gas, Tank terminals & Refining industry. Managing the team of Managers & Engineers to achieve timely completion of Engineering project with Quality and Budget. Knowledge of Project Scheduling, DCI, MCI, Generation of progress reports. Manage multiple projects of varying magnitude and complexity. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of individuals/stakeholders.
EM1: VP Engineering Operations: BE Mechanical with 22+ years of experience.
EM2: GM Engineering: BE Mechanical with 18+ years of experience.
EM3: Engineering Manager: BE Mechanical with 10+ years of experience.

2. PROCESS ENGINEERING (Vadodara, India)
Candidate should have performed hydraulics calculation, pumps, and other equipment selections. Process engineering with the know-how of different deliverables like P&ID, Line list, Equipment list, PDS etc. Strong understanding of applicable chemical and process engineering standards within the industry.
PR1: Dy. General Manager: BE Chemical with 15+ years of experience.
PR2: Principal Engineer: BE Chemical with 10+ years of experience.
PR3: Process Engineer: BE Chemical with 6+ years of experience.

Candidate with experience as the Lead Engineer in the Mechanical Design of projects in Upstream Oil & Gas, Tank terminals & refining. Knowledge of Rotary equipment such as pumps, compressors, mixers & packages like VRU, air generation, N2, Boiler, Flare etc.
MR1: Dy. General Manager: BE Mechanical with 15+ years of experience.
MR2: Principal Engineer: BE Mechanical with 10+ years of experience.

Candidate with experience in Static Design of equipment like Storage tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, related codes, and standards API 650, ASME, TEMA, WRC and software’s PV elite/compress.
MS1: Manager – Static: BE Mechanical with 12+ years of experience.

5. PIPING ENGINEERING (Vadodara, India)
Experience in Piping design as the Lead Engineer. Should have in-depth knowledge of piping engineering, Piping Design Standards & 3D software like PDS, PDMS, CADWORKS.
PE1: Dy. General Manager: BE Mechanical with 15+ years of experience.
PE2: Principal Engineer: BE Mechanical with 10+ years of experience.

Experience in Civil & Structural design with sound knowledge of International standard and expertise on the Staad, AutoCAD, PDMS, & other software. Must have executed major Oil and Gas projects as the lead engineer for Detail Engineering, Knowledge of Piling Design for various foundations is an added advantage

Master’s Degree in Human Resources with 15 to 20 years of experience with EPC contracting company. Highly sophisticated with pleasing mannerism, well versed with best practices and able to implement best policies to provide excellent working environment & welfare of people within the organization.

Engineering Graduate in Mechanical/Instrumentation/ Electrical with 6- 8 years of experience as buyer/expediter in large-scale EPC company with expertise in sourcing of Various packages & Bulk materials, having excellent negotiation skill and committed to adhering the time- bound delivery for project material.

Proposal / Estimation Engineer should have an experience of bidding large scale EPC projects in Oil & Gas field with hands-on knowledge of bid requirement, co-ordinate with client for pre-bid & post bid queries, site visits, co-ordination with engineering and projects to prepare technical proposal, quantity estimate, bid compilations and submission of complied bid.
TP2: Proposal Manager: BE Mechanical with 8-10 Years of experience.
EP: Estimation Engineer: BE Mechanical/Electrical/Civil with 6+ Years of experience.

Experience in Project Management of Oil & Gas, Tank Terminals Projects with EPC Contracting Company. Must have handled at least three medium to large projects from start to be handing over with financial close out Team Management skills.
PM1: Project Manager: (UAE) BE Mechanical 15 to 25 years of experience.
RCM1: Resident Construction Manager (Project Sites Globally): BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Civil with 18 to 25 years of experience.

BE + MBA with total 12 to 15 years of experience. Should have a minimum 5 years of experience in core Business Development activities related to EPC Projects in Oil & Gas Industry. Should have good data bank of EPC clients. International Exposure for UAE based position is must

CS with 10+ years of experience, preferably from EPC company background. Should have worked at group level. Responsible for the efficient administration of Group of Companies, particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and for ensuring that decisions of the Management are implemented. Mechanical Engineers (Fired Heaters): Graduate mechanical engineers with at least eight years of relevant experience in design of fired heaters, reformers and ethylene heaters. Should be conversant with applicable codes and practices and should have designed pressure parts, configuration of heater layout and detail engineering; reviewed / checked drawings and prepared requisitions including technical evaluation.

Structural Engineer: Graduate civil engineer with 3-8 years of experience in design and engineering of steel structures. Candidate should have adequate knowledge of codes, practices and design principles. Hands-on experience and knowledge of STAADPro is a must. Experience with steel design of fired heaters or boiler systems will be a plus.

Thermal Engineer (Heat Exchangers): Graduate chemical/mechanical engineer with at least 6-10 years of relevant experience in thermal design of shell and tube heat exchangers. Should have hands on experience in HTRI / HTFS.

Thermal Engineer (Fired Heaters): Graduate chemical / mechanical engineer with at least 6-10 years of relevant experience in thermal design of fired heaters. Should have hands-on experience in FRNC / HTFS etc., knowledge of burner management and control logics of heater systems.

Construction Engineer: Mechanical engineer with at least eight years of relevant experience supervising fabrication and / or construction of fired heaters, reformers and ethylene heaters. Candidate should have good knowledge of fabrication / construction planning, coordination and communication with various offices and agencies, and the ability to interpret drawings. Selected candidate will have the opportunity to work with reputed workshops/sites in India and abroad.

Designers (Fired Heaters): Diploma / ITI in mechanical with 5-15 years of experience in design and detailing of fired heaters / boilers and associated systems. Candidate should be conversant with relevant codes and engineering practices. Knowledge of AutoCAD is a must. Experience in 3D modelling will be an added advantage.
