We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our group service centres in Bangalore & Hyderabad.

Customer Service Executive – Contact Centre
Job Description
• Efficiently answer customer calls and queries on various products & services offered by the bank • To acquire detailed understanding of HSBC product & service offerings and the process design to be able to exceed SLA standards of productivity and accuracy within the stipulated time frame • Maintain highest standards of HSBC’s internal control, audit and compliance requirements • Have a passion for customer service and experience
Skills/Experience Required
• A minimum of 12 years education is essential (12th pass or equivalent/Graduate/Post-Graduate) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential * Ability to type quickly and accurately and process data is required • Ability to drive, motivate self and the team to deliver under pressure • Prior experience in contact centers will be an added advantage • Flexibility to work in shifts is essential
