Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) is a statutory Authority, under the Ministry of Railways, set-up by an Amendment to the Railways Act, 1989, for development of vacant RailwayLand for commercial use for the purpose of generating revenue by non-tariff measures. RLDA has since been constituted in terms of Extraordinary Gazette Notification dated 31.10.2006, as amended on 5.1.2007. The Rules for functioning of RLDA have also been notified in the Extraordinary Gazette dated 4.1.2007.
Applications are invited from dynamic, experienced and motivated Persons working in Central Govt. / State Government/ Indian Railways / Public sector undertakings / Statutory Authorities for the under mentioned posts on deputation basis only:
1. Manager / Accounts – 2 Posts
Pay: Rs. 15600-39100 with grade pay Rs.6600/-
Eligibility: An official of Finance/Accounts/Audit Department of Indian Railways/ Central Govt. Deptt/ State Govt./Autonomous bodies/ PSUs. and other Government organizations working on analogous post Or having Five year regular service in the Pay scale Rs 15600-39100/- (GP Rs 5400/-) Or Seven year regular service in the Pay scale Rs 9300-34800/- (GP Rs 4800/-)
2. Assistant Manager / Project – 1 Post
Pay: Rs 9300 – 34800 with Grade Pay Rs 5400/-
Eligibility: A Central Govt. / State Govt. / Indian Railways / PSUs of Central Govt. & State Govt. / Statutory Authority’s employee working in the analogous post or in a grade not lower than Rs.9300-34800 with GP Rs. 4600 (revised) on regular basis.
Essential: Applicant should be from Civil Engineering Cadre with degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
3. Assistant Legal Advisor – 1 Post
Pay: Rs. 15600 – 39100 with grade pay Rs.6600/-
Eligibility: An officer holding analogous post or working in a grade not lower than Rs. 9300-34800/- with GP of Rs. 4800/Group ‘B’ Gazetted on regular basis in Central Govt./State Govt./Indian Railways/PSUs of Central Govt. & State Govt./PSEs/Statutory Authorities. Essential: Possessing the Degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent.
All vacancies are in Delhi and the number of vacancies may increase or decrease.
The period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years. The appointment on deputation shall be governed by the terms and conditions laid down in Department of Personnel & Training O.M.No.6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay II) dated 17.06.2010 as amended from time to time
