Andhra Pradesh Intermediate Exam Time Table 2011- 2012

Andhra Pradesh state government announced has declared intermediate 1st Year and 2nd Year  Examination Time Table.

Inter First year theory exams will be conducted between March 2 and March 20, 2012.

Inter Second year theory exams will be conducted between March 3 and March 21, 2012.

Practicals will be held between February 3 and February 24, 2012.

Aandhra Pradesh SSC 2011 – 2012 Exams Time table

The minister for Education has released the 10 th class (SSC) Public examination time table for the year 2011 – 2012. The SSC exams will be held from March 26th, 2012 to April 11, 2012. This time table is applicable for all private, governement acadamic, OSSC and vocation course candidates.

SSC time-table:

March 26 (Monday) – First Language Paper – I

March 27 (Tuesday) – First Language Paper – II and OSSC Main Language Paper-I

March 28 (Wednesday) – Second Language

March 29 – (Thursday) English Paper – I

March 30 (Friday) English Paper – II

March 31 (Saturday) – Maths Paper – I

April 2 (Monday) – Maths Paper – II

April 3 (Tuesday) -General Science Paper – I

April 4 (Wednesday) -General Science Paper –II

April 7 (Saturday) – Social Studies Paper – I

UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION issued notification for  Combined Defencse Services Examination admission to the following coruces

1. Indian Military Academy, Dehradun 134th Coursecommencing in January, 2013[including 32 vacancies reserved for NCC ‘C’Certificate (Army Wing)holders].

2. Indian Naval Academy,Ezhimala-Course Commencing in January2013, Executive (Hydro/General Service) (including06 vacancies reserved for NCC ‘C’ Certificate holders (Naval Wing).

3. Air Force Academy, Hyderabad 32(Pre-Flying) Training Course commencing in January, 2013i.e. No.193rd F(P) Course.

Educational Qualifications :

(i) For I.M.A. and Officers’ Training Academy-Degree of a recognised University or equivalent.

(ii) For Indian Naval Academy : Degree in Engineering for CDSE and Degree in Engineering or B.Sc. (with Physics or Mathematics) for NCC entry.

(iii) For Air Force Academy : Degree of a recognised University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering. Graduates with first choice as Army/Navy/Air Force are to submit proof of graduation provisional certificates on the date of commencement of the SSB Interview at the SSB.

3) In the absence of persons with B.Ed Degree as specified in items (1) and (2) above persons with B.Ed Degree in any subject acquired after a regular course of study from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent by any of the Universities in Kerala.
III) Must have passed the State Eligibility Test for the post of Higher Secondary School Teacher conducted by Government of Kerala or by the Agency authorized by the State Government.

Qualification for Sub Inspectors:

1. Pass graduation in any subject / in any engineering stream from a regonised institute / university.
2. Age = 18 Years to 25 Years
3. Height = minimum 5’ 6″
4. Chest = 32′ (Normal) and after expanding 34′

Procedure to Sub Inspector Post

Physical Test

Written test
Interview and
Medical Test

Physical tests include:

  • A initial 5 kilometer run which should be completed in 25 minutes
  • A 100 meter sprint which should be completed in 15 seconds
  • A long jump in which a candidate should jump a distance of 3.80 meters
  • A shot put throw which should be thrown a distance of 5.60 meters
  • A high jump in which a jump of 1.2 meters is required  and
  • An 800 meter run which should be completed in 170 seconds.

Written test for SI of police consists of 4 papers.

Paper 1: English (Descriptive)                      : 50 questions, 100 marks

Paper 2: Telugu (Descriptive)                       : 50 questions, 100 marks

Paper 3: Arithmetic, test of reasoning,

Mental ability.                                                     : 200 marks

Paper 4: General studies                                 : 200 marks.

English and Telugu papers are only a qualifying paper and the marks in that section won’t count in making the merit list.

For OC, BC, ST/SC candidates the qualifying marks in these two sections are 40, 35 and 30 marks respectively.
