Results of State Eligibility Test (SET) – TS & AP – 2014 Exam

Osmania_UniversityToday, Osmania University released the results of State Eligibility Test (SET) for Telangana State and Andhra Pradesh (SET-TS & AP – 2014) for Assistant Professor/Lectureship held on 15th February, 2015 subject to fulfillment of eligibility conditions. The results of SET-TS & AP -2014 have been finalized as per the guidelines of UGC, New Delhi and these results were scrutinized and approved by the Moderation Committee and Steering Committee of SET -TS & AP – 2014.

PROCEDURE AND CRITERIA FOR THE DECLARATION OF RESULT

The Moderation and Steering Committees of SET – TS & AP-2014 have carefully gone through the procedure and criteria set by the UGC, New Delhi for the finalization of result as follows;

Step-I: Minimum marks to be obtained in SET-TS & AP-2014 for considering a candidate for the eligibility for Assistant Professor/Lectureship:

The candidates are required to obtain following minimum marks separately in Paper-I, Paper- II and Paper-III as given below:

Step-II: Amongst those candidates who have cleared Step-I, a merit list was prepared subject-wise and category-wise using the aggregate marks of all the three papers secured by such candidates.

Step-III: Top 15% candidates (for each subject and category), from the merit list mentioned under Step-II, was declared SET – TS & AP-2014 qualified for eligibility for Assistant Professor/Lectureship only. By this method, if the number obtained is less than one, it is taken as at least one, i.e. a minimum of one candidate is qualified wherever a fraction less than one is obtained as per this methodology. However, for fractions greater than one, the figure is rounded off to nearest whole number.

UPSC IES 2011 Results

The written result of the Engineering Services Examination, 2011 has been declared by the Commission and the same is available on the Commission’s Website, http://www.upsc.qov.in

It is informed that all the written qualified candidates are required to fill up and submit the Detailed Application Form (DAF) ONLINE followed by sending of ink signed copy of the printout of DAF alongwith their photograph and all relevant documents to the Commission.

The DAF shall be available on the Commission’s Website till 25.12.2011 till 11.59 P.M. Important instructions for filling up and submitting the ONLINE DAF are also available on the Website alongwith the Rules of the Engineering Services Examination, 2011.

The last date for the receipt of the printed copy of the DAF (ink signed) alongwith relevant documents is 29.12.2011. In the event of non-receipt of ink signed copy of the DAF, the candidature will be cancelled without any further notice.

The candidates shall be informed for their Personality Test (likely to be held in the months of January and February, 2012) through e-mail followed by Speed Post. The details of Personality Test shall also be available on the Commission’s Website by the last week of December, 2011.
