Following positions are to be filled up on purely temporary and contractual basis for a period of One year under the project entitled “Malaria Evolution in South Asia (MESA)”.

Post – 1: Research Assistant – One – On a contractual amount of Rs.31,000/-p.m.

Essential Qualifications: Graduate in Science/relevant subjects from a recognized university with three years work experience from a recognized institution or Master’s degree in relevant subject. Age – up to 30 yrs.

Post – 2: Field Attendants – Four – On a contractual amount of Rs. 15,800/-p.m.

Essential Qualifications: High School or equivalent. Age – up to 25 yrs.

Desirable: Experience in Field Surveys/Mosquito Sampling and collection.

Age limit – Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. rules and also admissible for the candidates in deserving cases possessing experience of working in other research projects in Govt./Autonomous/ PSU etc.

Input Qualification:
■ ME/MPharm/MBA/MPhil from an Institute of repute or its equivalent with a minimum of 60% in aggregate.
■ Candidates with an MSc/BE/BPharm or an equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% in aggregate may also be considered for PhD admission. For PhD Programme in Humanities and Social Sciences, candidates with an MA and with a minimum of 55% aggregate may also be considered.
Full-time students: Candidates are required to devote full time towards PhD. Shortlisted candidates will be required to come to Pilani/Goa/Hyderabad campuses for test and/or interview. CSIR/UGC-NET qualified candidates will be exempted from written test.
